The 9th annual MINEX Russia Mining and Mineral Exploration forum will be held in Moscow on 1-3 October 2013.
MINEX Russia is one of the largest and most authoritative industry events focusing on exploration, mining and mineral processing in Russia. In 2012 the forum attracted over 600 managers and directors from private companies and public organisations from Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine, countries of the European Economic Community, North America, Africa, Asia and Australia. Over 120 Russian and International speakers presented during the three-days of the forum.

The Russian Mining Club Meeting on 2 December 2013 in London
MINEX Russian Mining Club is pleased to invite Russian and International companies to the 14th meeting of the Club which will be held on 2 December 2013 in London.
Organised under the theme “Russian Mining – Investment prospects and challenges” the meeting will once again bring together in London representatives of the Russian and international companies who will share their views and investment experiences in Russia. During the panel discussion organised at the first part of the meeting, prominent experts from the London and Russian banking and investment communities will be debating some of the crucial issues of mining investment, regulation and finance in Russia and the CIS. Following the short break delegates will be invited to hear presentations from the Russian and international companies and representatives of the local investment and mining authorities. Organised after the meeting “Caviar, Pancakes & Vodka” networking drinks will enable delegates to make new contacts in the genuine Russian party atmosphere.
The meeting will coincide with the annual Mines and Money Mining Conference and Exhibition organised on 1-5 December 2013 in London. Special discounted rates agreed with the Mines and Money organisers will offer the delegates additional benefits of combining participation in the meeting with participation in Europe’s largest mining investment event which will bring to London over 3000 investors, financiers, brokers and senior mining executives.

MINEX Central Asia 2013 – the 4th Mining and Exploration Forum was held from 16 to 18 April 2013 in Astana, Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Forum was organised with the official support of the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the key theme “Promoting partnerships, diversification and investment.”
The Forum brought together more than 500 professionals from 15 countries. Over a third of them came from overseas creating a diversified geographical representation at the Forum from the neighbouring countries such as Russia, Kyrgyzstan and China as well as from the remote states such as Australia and Canada. 30 companies from Kazakhstan, Russia, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany and China exhibited projects and innovative technologies at the exhibition organised alongside the Forum.
Presenting at the MINEX Central Asia Forum, Mr Asset Issekeshev, Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Minister of Industry and New Technologies announced that from May 2013 the Ministry will begin sale by public auction of the subsoil use rights.
